Robert Rabe has years of diverse real estate management, construction, operations, sales and marketing experience with regional and national real estate firms. He is a licensed realtor in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania and has particular expertise in property acquisitions, dispositions, management, sales and leasing. Robert has also managed the financial modeling, investment analysis, financing, budgeting and pricing of residential and commercial projects.

Robert specializes in the acquisition and disposition of residential and commercial real estate assets in excess of $500,000 throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Recent transactions include residential multi-family buildings, apartment complexes, raw land, office buildings, strip malls, mid/high rise buildings, industrial warehouses and approved subdivisions throughout the region.

Mr. Rabe has a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth / Environmental Science, as well as a minor in Business Administration from Wilkes University. He is also currently pursuing a CCIM Designation. Robert is a native of Northern New Jersey and currently resides in Philadelphia.
