Nobody seems to know the Fairmount area of Philadelphia and surrounding neighborhoods better than Julie. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and was available asap, even after we hit a roadblock which made it look as if we wouldn’t get financing (turned out to be a mistake by a 3rd party) she  replied back to me within minutes of me telling her we were back on track. Her office was very flexible too allowing me to drop things off after hours etc when I was away for work during business hours. I would definitely recommend Julie if you need a realtor to sell your house or help you find a new one.
