We retained Julie to assist us in selling our home in Fairmount and also assisting us to purchase a condo in Center City.  Her knowledge and guidance in the sales process was outstanding.  She was with us every step of the way.  She was incredibly responsive and provided great advice during  negotiations.  Similarly her assistance with our purchase was equally impressive.  We are truly grateful for all she did and would recommend her to anyone.
